I will like to meet some one my age or younger, it seem like woman out live men!!
If I ever do get married, I want to be married for a long time...
I think I have been alone eanoph.
If I was to choose some one ten years older I may be alone for 20 years beafore I go to the
"happy hunting grounds"

DATING SOMEONE OF DIFFERENT AGE, IS IT RIGHT OR WRONG? I do not believe there is a right or wrong in general. For some people it would be wrong as they can't handle the societal attitudes or can't see themselves going there. I have friends who are younger than me & I say that helps me to feel younger. I have known women who have dated & married younger men. They of course had to face comments from others, "Oh, is this your son?" I also had a close friend who had married a man 20 yrs her senior. She got comments as to if that was her father. All these women were strong women who let those comments roll off their back. I believe in society it is more acceptable for a man to date or marry a younger woman than the woman being older than the man. There has been men who were significantly younger & older & men of different cultures that I have connected with. There are a lot of factors to face with these relationships & you have to be strong enough to deal with them. Mostly, dealing with attitudes of other people, being it friends, family, or associates.
I waited until I was in my 30s to marry & have a child. When my son was younger I heard comments from strangers,
"Oh is this your grandchild?" I did not let it bother me just would think it was funny that people can be so closed minded.
Relationships with persons of different age just as dating persons of different ethnicity can be a challenge & add different attitudes towards you & your family. I DO NOT THINK IT IS WRONG BUT IT BRINGS MORE CHALLENGES & THE COUPLE NEEDS TO BE AWARE OF THIS & TRY IF POSSIBLE TO PREPARE FOR THIS. IT IS AN INDIVIDUAL CHOICE.

I have hard to see me with a man older than me. I don't feel me so old as I am and old men scares me so I do wait for at least 5 years younger men to take contact.
I am not really in thinking to sit at home and knittle some silly things for the home.
I suppose my mother did learned me to think so as she was 42 years old when I was born and she always said loudly so I heard it how bad it was to be old.
My mother favourite quote was, " I feel me like a young girl but when I look in the mirror I see an old lady ".

Well I am 48 and I have corresponded and curently correspond with women of various ages. Would I actually date someone much younger ie. a 30 year old, yes, if we hit it off. I believe compatability and respect is more important than their age.

I think that as long as you are compatible, and age doesn't matter to you, then it should be ok. I have found that men my age are looking for women in their 20's. That's fine too. There is incompatibility at all ages. Even someone my own age might not be compatible with me. So, for you, do what makes you comfortable. If they write back and are interested, then congratulations!
